Paper Laminates
Paper Laminates can be profile-wrapped or flat-laminated to a variety of substrates, including particle board, MDF, plywood, and luan, to achieve an attractive surface appearance for light duty, cost efficient applications.
Flat Laminates
Flat Laminates can be flat-laminated or profile-wrapped to wood-based and other substrates. Their flexibility and durability make them well suited for a variety of high-wear surface applications.
radiance™ Flat Laminates feature a special formulation which makes them suitable for high temperature lamination to metal or plastic components.
The Design4™ Collection of Flat Laminates combines rich colors and detailed embossings to create bold new looks for wall and ceiling surface applications for manufactured housing, recreational vehicle and related markets.
3D Laminates
3D Laminates – also known as rigid thermofoils (RTF) – can be membrane-pressed or vacuum-formed to achieve continuous multi-dimensional surface profiles.
surf(x)® 3D Laminates feature an innovative construction that offers a higher level of durability than standard rigid thermofoils, making them suitable for use on many horizontal work surfaces.
Specialty Laminates
Specialty Laminates – which include printed acrylic, polypropylene and polyester films and nonwoven materials – are widely used in home furnishings, automotive components, store fixtures and other niche applications.
LAMINATE SELECTION
Though our laminates can be used in many applications, all laminates are sold with the understanding that customers will make their own independent determination whether a particular laminate has the durability and other performance attributes required for the specific end use laminate application – not all laminates are suitable for all applications.
