Flat Laminates by OMNOVA Solutions are flexible vinyl surfacing products suitable for widespread decorative and functional applications. They can be flat-laminated or profile-wrapped to wood substrates.
Flat Laminates are scratch, abrasion and stain resistant. High performance coating provides an added degree of protection, durability and easy clean-up when compared to paper laminates and painted surfaces. We offer a wide selection of patterns and designs. Custom color, design, coatings and constructions are available.
OMNOVA recently unveiled the new Design4 Collection™ of Flat Laminates, specifically designed for the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle markets. Products in this collection combine rich colors and detailed embossings to create bold new looks for wall and ceiling surface applications. Taking full advantage of OMNOVA's commercial wallcovering and decorative laminates portfolios, Design4 laminates offer fresh opportunities for designers to get the most out of an interior space.
In addition, OMNOVA recently introduced a new line of Flat Laminates designed specifically for the interior door and window profile market. The line consists of four stock woodgrain patterns that are carefully designed and crafted for a realistic, natural appearance that compliments today’s interior woods and wood products.
Recently, OMNOVA introduced a Flat Laminate Color Match Program which tracks those Flat Laminate patterns that match our 3D Laminates and surf(x)® 3D Laminates.

Though our laminates can be used in many applications, all laminates are sold with the understanding that customers will make their own independent determination whether a particular laminate has the durability and other performance attributes required for the specific end use laminate application – not all laminates are suitable for all applications.
