Likewise, our GenCryl® SBAs provide that extra “kick” to meet particularly strict performance requirements.

We know it’s important to you to find just the right formulation for your needs. That’s why our coating binders are customized for specific applications. Our technical team will work directly with you to define and recommend the most effective latex binder for your situation. GenFlo and GenCryl binders have been engineered for a number of different applications, including lightweight coated papers (wood containing), coated free sheet (wood free), paperboard, rotogravure and offset.

We follow market trends and forces very closely and factor them into our new product development efforts. For example, the rapid cost escalation of raw materials used to produce all styrene-based emulsion polymers has led us to develop and launch our new GenCryl Pt™ series SBA binders. These exceptional latices are engineered to optimize strength and printability, giving you the option of providing a higher quality sheet or allowing binder reduction while maintaining coating strength. GenCryl Pt binders provide cost savings through binder reduction in every coated paper and paperboard market, including coated free sheet, lightweight coated and paperboard.
